Common Questions

Do I need to already have Google Analytics set up?

No. Many clients come to us with GA4 installed but barely configured, or with outdated Universal Analytics. Part of our onboarding is auditing your existing setup and fixing tracking before we build dashboards on top of it. Building reports on broken data is the biggest waste in analytics.

We already have an agency managing our marketing. Can we still use you for reporting?

Absolutely — in fact, this is common. Independent reporting gives you an unbiased view of what your agency is actually delivering. We work alongside your existing agency with read-only access to your accounts. You continue to run campaigns; we give you an honest picture of the results.

How long before my dashboard is live?

For most clients, a core Looker Studio dashboard is live within 5–7 business days of receiving access to your accounts. A full Power BI multi-source build typically takes 10–14 days. Tracking fixes and event setup may add 3–5 days before we have clean data to report on.

What if our data is a mess and we're not sure what we're tracking?
